The Dacia Spring is the least expensive new electric car in Europe, and it does the job with unexpected charm. The 26.8 kWh battery gives 230 km of WLTP range and the car is genuinely capable in town. It's basic, slow and limited, but for budget-conscious city dwellers it's a revelation.
